How long does it take to set up an inflatable?

Setting up most of our inflatables is a breeze and typically takes around 5 minutes for inflation. Depending on the size, it may take between 10-30 minutes to fully set up, including inflation, anchoring, and inspection.

What are your inflatables made of?

Our inflatables are primarily made of robust commercial-grade 0.55mm PVC Tarpaulin (18oz PVC coated Tarpaulin). This material is exceptionally durable, weatherproof, mildew proof, and has a lifespan of over 10 years. For our inflatable nightclubs and event tents, we utilize 210D Oxford fabric, which is also highly durable.

Are your inflatables commercial grade?

Absolutely! All our inflatables are commercial grade. We craft them using high durability flame-retardant, lead-free Commercial Grade 18oz Vinyl (0.55mm PVC tarpaulin). They consist of three layers, with two PVC coated sides and a strong net fabric inside. Our materials have passed rigorous EN71 and RoHS tests.

We utilize heavy-duty nylon thread and employ double stitching throughout the inflatables, with quadruple stitching at bottom stress points. With about 5 stitches per inch, we ensure that the air remains securely contained within the inflatables.

What accessories are included with your inflatables?

Each of our inflatables comes complete with a repair kit, a blower, stakes, a carrying case, and an owner's manual.

What is the weight limit for your inflatable bounce houses?

The maximum weight limit for our smaller 13ft x 13ft inflatable bounce houses is approximately 800 pounds. Larger bounce houses can accommodate more weight. You can refer to the owner's manual or the specifications on the order page to determine the weight limit for a specific inflatable.

How do I transport my inflatable?

Transportation requirements depend on the size of the inflatable. For smaller inflatables, a truck or SUV can usually suffice. However, larger inflatables may require a trailer for transportation.

Our offices are located in Pismo Beach, California, where our customer support and design teams operate. We have a production center in Los Angeles, and we also have an overseas production center.

How long does it take to receive my inflatable?

Since most of our inflatables are made to order, the delivery time can range from 30 to 90 days. This timeframe depends on factors such as size, complexity, customizations, and the quantity ordered. Smaller nightclubs, event tents, and photo booths are typically produced and shipped faster, while larger inflatable slides, bounce houses, and obstacle courses may require more time. Is it possible to over-inflate my inflatable?

No, it is not possible to overinflate our inflatables. The provided blowers are designed to prevent overinflation.

Can an inflatable be used without water?

Absolutely! Our water slide inflatables can also be used as dry slides. The pool area on the water slides can even serve as a ball pit.

Can your inflatables get wet?

We have both wet and dry inflatables. Wet inflatables are constructed differently to prevent water from entering the bounce house or slide. However, our dry inflatables are not intended to get wet, so please ensure you choose a wet inflatable if you plan to use it with water.

Can your inflatables be used in the rain?
